Wortelpeterselie halflange
Het lekkere blad is te gebruiken als krulpeterselie, wordt echter gekweekt voor de wortel. De wortel lijkt op een kleine pastinaak. Smaak ligt tussen pastinaak en knolselderij in. Kan in soepen en stamppotten worden verwerkt. Verse peterseliewortel rauw geraspt of gesnipperd toevoegen aan rauwkost en slaatjes. Zaaien in de vollegrond op regels en later uitdunnen. De grond moet diepgaand los zijn en continu licht vochtig houden. Trage kiemer en groeier!
