Wittekool Brunswijker
Een oud en vertrouwd ras (uit 1880) voor zuurkool en vers gebruik. De grote, platronde kolen krijgen een gewicht tot ca. 3 kg en bevatten verschillende mineralen en vitamine B en C. Zaaien onder glas of buiten op perspotten van 5 cm. Uitplanten mei/juni in een goed bewerkte en licht bemeste grond. Jaarlijks op een andere plaats telen. De jonge plantjes beschermen tegen koolvlieg d.m.v. anti-insectengaas.
