Tuinkers Cresso
Cresso is een uitstekende biologische selectie. Bij tuinkers kunnen de blaadjes en stengeltjes rauw gegeten worden. Zaaien kan het gehele jaar binnenshuis op potgrond of elk denkbaar materiaal dat schoon is en vocht vasthoudt. Als de plantjes ca. 6 cm hoog zijn het blad wegknippen en gebruiken voor salades, garnering, sauzen en op de boterham.
