Spruitkool Roodnerf
Productie van donkergroene spruiten met een rode nerf. Buitengewoon smakelijke spruit. Spruiten van onderaf de stam beginnen te oogsten. Grond niet al te zwaar bemesten. Te rijke stikstofbemesting geeft losse spruiten. Oogsttijd is van november tot eind februari bij normaal winterweer. Roodnerf is redelijk winterhard. Zaaien onder glas of in de volle grond op zaaibed en later uitplanten. Grond vochtig houden. Jonge plantjes beschermen tegen koolvlieg d.m.v. anti-insectengaas. Redelijke ziekteresistentie.
