Spitskool Filderkraut
Van oorsprong uit Duitsland. Geeft zware, zeer spitse kolen met een gewicht tot wel 5 kg. Mooie vaste kroppen met een fijne structuur, vol smaak en heerlijk mals. Spitskool zit bovendien vol met mineralen en vitamine B en C. Zaaien onder glas of buiten op perspotten van 5 cm. Uitplanten in april tot juni in een goed bewerkte en licht bemeste grond uitplanten. Tijdig oogsten, voordat de kool barst. Jaarlijks op een andere plaats telen. De jonge plantjes beschermen tegen koolvlieg d.m.v. anti-insectengaas.
