Een rondzadig ras voor de late voorjaars- en zomerteelt. Produceert rond donkergroen blad, dat zowel rauw als gekookt gegeten kan worden. Gematigd resistent en redelijk traagschietend. Zaaien op regels in de volle grond. Zaai regelmatig kleine hoeveelheden, zodat u voortdurend kunt oogsten. Vraagt veel stikstof, kali en vocht. Is goed bestand tegen doorschieten. Niet buiten aangegeven zaaiperiode zaaien, anders schiet het gewas door.
