Spinazie Breedblad Scherpzaad
Voor de voorjaars- en late herfstteelt. Een gewas met vrij groot donkergroen blad. Een ijzerhoudende groente, die zowel rauw als gekookt kan worden gegeten. Zaaien op regels onder glas of in de volle grond. Zaai regelmatig kleine hoeveelheden, zodat u voortdurend kunt oogsten. Vraagt veel stikstof, kali en vocht. Niet buiten de aangegeven zaaiperiode zaaien, anders schiet het gewas snel door. Voor vroege teelt wordt vaak scherpzadig zaad gebruikt.
