Pastinaken Gladiator F1
Pastinaken is al een eeuwenoud gewas. Vormt 40 cm lange witte wortels met een kruidige, aromatische smaak. Een waardevolle groente vanwege het vet-, eiwit- en vitaminegehalte. Kan zowel rauw als gekookt worden gegeten en in soepen worden gebruikt (Leidse Husselpot oftewel Hutspot). Zorg voor een goed losgemaakte grond. Oogstbaar als het blad is afgestorven. Overwinterd in de grond en kan eventueel opgekuild worden. Gladiator F1 is beduidend beter bestand tegen ziektes dan de gewone halflange variant.
