Palmboerenkool Nero di Toscana, halfhoog
Een uniek Italiaans ras, al in 1885 genoemd als ‘’Cavolo Nero’’ of ‘’Tuscan Black Palm”. Een prachtige (sier)boerenkool met lang, tongvormig, donker blauwgroen blad. Zodra de planten volgroeid zijn hebben ze een palmachtig model. Prima in de siertuin, maar ook in potten of containers doen ze het goed. Zaaien op plantbed of rechtstreeks in (pers)potjes. Grond vochtig houden. Uitplanten rond juni/juli in een goed bewerkte en bemeste grond. Lekker in o.a. soep en roerbakgerechten.
