Helderblauw bloeiende en compact groeiende plant, met fris groen blad. De kleine, vrolijke bloempjes doen het goed in elke tuin, maar ook in balkonbakken en potten. Zaad is uiterst fijn, dus voorzichtig en dun zaaien in zaaibakken, die permanent licht vochtig moet worden gehouden. De plantjes worden in kleine bosjes verspeend in potten om na half mei buiten te worden uitgeplant.
