“Superfood”. Kalettes is het resultaat van 15 jaar veredeling . Een kruising met de smaak van spruitkool gecombineerd met de milde, zoete, notige smaak van boerenkool. Bevat de dubbele hoeveelheid vitamine B6 en C dan de gewone spruitkool. Teeltwijze als spruitkool. De hoge stevige stengel bevat vele rozetten van deze heerlijke groente. Na zaai onder glas of zaaibed, verplanten naar definitieve bestemming. Bij matige winters zeer lang oogstbaar.
