Fakkellelie Rood en Geel (Vuurpijl)
Een hoge vaste plant, ouder van talloze hybriden, heeft dikke bladeren met diepe lengtegroeven. Draagt dikke aren met buisvormige scharlakenrode bloemen die naar oranje-geel verbloeien. Heel mooi in groepen, maar ook als solitaire plant de moeite waard. Zaaien in de volle grond op een zaaibedje, na voldoende groei verspenen en uitplanten. Ze bloeien het volgende jaar.
