Een bodembedekker met vanaf juli mooie helder blauwe bloemen. Een schattig plantje voor aan de rand van de border, als bodembedekker en in potten. Kweekt gemakkelijk op, het liefst in halfschaduw. Zorg dat de plant niet uitdroogt, want dan heb je er maar kort plezier van. Het is ook mogelijk ze in het najaar te zaaien zodat zij al in april hun eerste bloemen tonen.
