Butternutpompoen Hercules F1
Een hybride butternutpompoen, die in ons West-Europese klimaat prima te telen is. Heeft weinig groeidagen nodig om tot ca. 1,2 kg zware vruchten te komen. Zeer lang bewaarbaar. Heerlijk in allerlei gerechten of de soep, vanwege z’n volle, zoete en nootachtige smaak. Zaaien onder glas in een bakje of direct in een grote bloempot. Uitplanten na half mei als er 4 echte bladeren zijn. Pompoenen zijn zeer gevoelig voor nachtvorst. De plant heeft veel mest, vocht en warmte nodig. De ranken afsteken als ze te lang worden.
