Ui Rossa Lunga di Firenze
Een langwerpige ui in prachtige karmijnrode tint. Vrij vroeg oogstbaar met knotsen van uien. De smaak is lekker pittig. Prima voor de fijne keuken. Dun zaaien direkt in de vollegrond op regels (regelafstand 25 cm en plantafstand 20 cm) en het zaad goed afdekken. De grond continu vochtig houden. Na opkomst niet al teveel uitdunnen. De grond licht bemesten, bij voorkeur met kompost. De uien oogsten als het lof is afgestorven. Uien en loof ongeveer 1 week op het veld laten nadrogen. Niet geschikt voor lange bewaring.
