Schorseneer Duplex
Typische wintergroente en van oudsher vaak geteeld als alternatief voor asperge. Een fijne groente met lange stompe wortels met diep zwarte huid. Duplex is bekend om z’n resistentie tegen “schieten”. De lange zaadjes niet te diep in de grond steken. Vraagt een lichte, diep losgemaakte grond (weinig bemesting) en is verder probleemloos te telen. De wortels kunnen in de grond overwinteren. Voor het koken goed schillen. Na het schillen de wortels in een mengsel van water en melk doen om verkleuring tegen te gaan. Heerlijk in rauwkostsalades en gestoofd.
