Chinese radijs “Red Meat”
Deze aparte Chinese radijs wordt door z’n formaat en interne kleur ook wel “watermeloen-radijs” genoemd. De radijzen zijn mooi wit/lichtgroen aan de buitenzijde, maar met een heerlijk sappig ogende roze binnenkant. Deze prachtige kleurcombinatie komt hierdoor goed naar voren in salades. Red Meat heeft een heerlijke mild peperige smaak, die ook qua textuur lijkt op een daikon/rettich. Nazomer/herfstteelt heeft de voorkeur i.v.m. kans op doorschieten van het gewas.
